A wreath was laid by UNISON Cymru/Wales at a ceremony to remember staff who have died carrying out their jobs.
The Wales TUC service was also attended by First Minister of Wales Vaughan Gething MS to mark International Workers Memorial Day which falls this Sunday (April 28).
UNISON Cymru/Wales regional secretary Jess Turner attended the ceremony and said: “This service is a vital reminder that no one should lose their life through the course of their work and health and safety is a workplace priority.”
