Moving and Shaking

We’re proud to present the recordings of a unique series of talks and discussions held during Adult Learners Week, 18-21 September 2023.

The sessions are aimed at addressing the big issues facing young workers, giving you the power to move, shake and be an influencer at work through your union.

The “Moving & Shaking” talks brought together UNISON members with expert speakers over the course of an hour, all hosted by our learning team.

These videos give will give you answers to some of the most pressing questions facing modern workers in the public services in Wales.

How do I recognise and respond to sexual harassment at work?

How can we make workplaces better for people with hidden disabilities?

How can we stop A.I from destroying our jobs?

How do I get my voice heard at work?

How do we become active anti-racists in our workplaces?
